Skillz organises training for children during after-school care: new lessons in familiar surroundings, less driving around for the parents, and all that without any additional administrative work for the schools.

Skillz is a young non-profit organisation that teaches young people how to discover their passion. Too many adults are in jobs where they are not 100% happy. “By teaching children to discover and develop new skills from an early age, we hope to steer them towards a job where their passion truly lies.”

This is why Skillz offers training for children in after-school clubs that is not in the school curriculum. Learning to program, English for the youngest and creative writing are some of the topics offered. The children remain in their familiar school environment and can learn new skills to discover their true passion.

Because the children stay in school for the extra courses, the parents do not have to be at the school gate at four o’clock on that day and they have to drive less on Wednesday afternoons or Saturdays to bring their child to extra classes.

School directors have an extra offer in after-school care without administrative extra work. All registrations, payments and administrative processing are done via the Skillz platform.
