Kees Aerts is a very experienced management consultant. He worked for Accenture Belux for 19 years, of which 7 as a partner. He is the architect of several large, complex transformation programs at national and international clients. He focuses on issues such as organization, supply chain, margin management, digital agenda, operational excellence, Lean and post-merger integration. In addition to developing and co-selling such programmes, Kees has mainly managed their delivery and the development of the Accenture practice. Since 2009 he works as an independent consultant.
